What this page can establish
This article explains major and minor periods from the versioned implementation boundary. the current contract can list horoscope capabilities as decadal, annual, monthly, and daily with supported flags. It does not itself publish a dated prediction or a schedule of outcomes. It does not add traditional interpretation that is absent from the repository sources.
Independent example
A viewer can inspect whether a capability is marked supported and then read provenance and limitations before using a time window. That is different from asserting what will happen in a period.

Limits
The current application uses iztro 2.6.0 with ziwei.default, preserves input precision and warnings, and records documented gaps. It does not independently validate true-solar-time correction, every school variation, or traditional meanings outside the mapped fields.
