Service scope
La So Viet calculates and presents Tu Vi charts, then generates AI-assisted reflective interpretation based on the published method. This is a lens for reflection, not health, legal, financial, or relationship advice — even where a report naturally points you toward a doctor, lawyer, or other professional when the topic calls for it, the decision is always yours.
AI-edited content
Every interpretation is AI-generated, under the editorial byline "Edited by La So Viet" — there is no human editorial board reviewing each report before it reaches you. Read each reading as a starting point for your own reflection, not a final verdict.
How La — our service credit — works
When you top up, VND converts to La, a non-transferable service credit spent to unlock content; it cannot be cashed back out. Purchased La does not expire in this release. Upgrading to a deeper interpretation within 7 days of your first purchase on that chart costs only the difference rather than the full price again — this 7-day window is shown before your first payment. An invoice is issued the moment a top-up is confirmed, line-itemed as a La service credit.
Payment via VietQR
Payment runs through VietQR/SePay. If a transfer can't be automatically matched to your order, the amount is held safely — never lost — and you can self-claim it from your order history at any time.
If a report runs into a technical problem
If the system hits an error while generating your report, it retries automatically — those retries never charge you again. If generation still fails after retrying, your order moves into a priority queue for direct review by the La So Viet team, and your payment stays exactly as it was while you wait. Depending on the confirmed cause, we may regenerate your report at no cost or refund you — this is decided case by case after review, not an automatic process on a fixed timeline. Contact support as soon as this happens so we can prioritize it.
